All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is successfully placed.

Once shipped, we will share the tracking details via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your order.
2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹499.

Orders below ₹499 will have a nominal shipping charge, which will be displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days depending on your location.

For metro cities, delivery is usually faster (3–5 business days).

During peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, strikes, courier delays), delivery may take longer.
4. Shipping Coverage

We ship across most locations in India that are serviceable by our courier partners.

If your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you to discuss alternate arrangements.
5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.

You can use this tracking ID to check real-time updates on the courier partner’s website.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund as per availability.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship within India only.
