We strive to display accurate product descriptions, colors, and images. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen displays or customization choices.

  • Customized Products: Orders made with personal designs, embroidery, or custom prints are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Ready-Made Products: Can be returned or exchanged as per our 7-day return policy.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is successfully received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

  • Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499.

  • Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • 7-Day Return Policy: You may request a return or exchange for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Customized products are not eligible for return/exchange unless defective.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Customization Policy

  • Customization orders require clear communication of your design through WhatsApp or email.

  • We will share a preview/mock-up (where applicable) before processing.

  • Cyren Store is not responsible for errors in customer-provided designs or spelling mistakes once confirmed.

All content on this website (logo, designs, product photos, descriptions) is the property of Cyren Store and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
